    Frequently asked questions

    Do you ship abroad?

Yes! To find out which countries we ship to and how to proceed with your order, please visit our shipping page.

Are delivery times guaranteed all year round?

The times specified on the Shipping page are absolutely indicative and may vary depending on the low or high season, depending on the holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached (for islands and disadvantaged areas the times may be longer). In any case, Luxe Chocolat is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier and/or the customer. It is advisable to place your orders taking into account any inconveniences that may occur in these periods.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email from Luxe Chocolat, containing the tracking link. If you placed your order as a registered user, you will also find the same tracking details in your personal area on our site.

In addition, one day before delivery, you will receive an additional email directly from the courier with all the instructions to further monitor the shipment and manage any changes.

I reached the minimum spend threshold for free shipping, but applying the discount code does not show free shipping. Why?

Free shipping is calculated on the order total net of the discount.

    How to store chocolate?

The best way to store Luxe Chocolat chocolate is to keep it in its packaging, in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, at a temperature between 16 and 20 degrees. If these conditions are respected, the product can be safely consumed by the date shown on the label, maintaining its organoleptic and microbiological characteristics unchanged.

I received a damaged and/or defective product, what can I do?

If during shipping one or more products in your package were damaged, send a report to our Customer Service and write a brief description of the damage found, including your order number. Don't forget to take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging, you will be asked for it later as a response to your report!
